You'll see "live 121" on just about every adult phone line advert. Here's what it actually means, and why it matters.
Live means a real person, right now
A live line connects you to a woman who is on the other end of the phone at that moment. She hears what you say and answers you. That sounds obvious, but for a long time a lot of adult lines were recorded: you dialled, a pre-recorded story played, and nobody was there at all.
121 means just the two of you
"121" (one-to-one) means the call is private between you and the woman you pick. It isn't a group line or a chat room. Nobody else joins in and other callers can't hear you.
Live lines vs recorded lines
- Live: a real conversation. She reacts to you, asks you questions and follows your lead or takes the lead herself.
- Recorded: the same message for everyone. You listen, it ends, and that's it.
Most callers today want live chat, because the whole point is the interaction. Every line on this site is live.
How do I know I'm talking to a real woman?
You'll know within seconds. She'll respond to what you say, use your name if you give it and change direction when you ask her to. A recording can't do any of that.
How the intros work
On a live line you usually hear short recorded introductions first. These are recorded by the women who are online at that moment, so you can hear their voices and a little about them before you choose. Once you pick one, you're connected live.
